Source: Gazprom to place perpetual Eurobonds in dollars, euros

MOSCOW, Oct 6 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom plans to offer perpetual Eurobonds denominated in the U.S. dollars and euros, a financial source told PRIME on Tuesday.

The source said that the company would hold a series of calls with investors on Tuesday in order to place two tranches of Eurobonds with a call option in five years.

Gazprombank, J.P. Morgan, Credit Agricole CIB and Sberbank CIB are the organizers.
